Bio

So, I'm a student at Towson University here in good ol' Maryland. I've finally come to accept that fact after three long years of pursuing two degrees concurrently, one in Theatre, Design and Production and the other in Psychology, with an emphasis in clinical diagnosis. Sometimes, it makes me depressed because some people that have arrived at Towson after me, will graduate before me...and my best friend will get her bachelors and her masters before I get my undergrad degrees. I eventually want to go to grad school, but who knows when that will happen. Both of my degrees will attach an Irish Studies minor to them which means that when I graduate, I'll be grossly overeducated and vastly underpaid.

I live for Catonsville, Maryland. It's my hometown, and I will never completely leave or forsake it, no matter what happens. It will always be a part of my heart and soul, just like the Mount. I didn't go to high school, I went to Mount de Sales Academy for girls, and I am extremely proud of that fact. No matter what happens to anyone in my class, I will always have 112 sisters, whether they are here on earth, or giving me help to see the big guy someday. Nothing will ever replace either of those things...maybe it's because Catonsville is a labyrinth of gossip and families, or maybe because it's one of the best things that has ever happened to me.

I've been through alot in my life for only being 21. I've done alot of growing and re-evaluating in my life. Most of this started in Fall 2005, after the start of the semester in Gainesville, Georgia at Brenau University where I was priveleged to meet some of the most talented and wonderful people I've ever known. I ended up leaving Georgia for personal reasons, and even though I look back, I wouldn't trade the growth I've done in the last 3 years for the world. This decision was extremely hard to make and I'm excited to be back in theatre since I took some time off. I was missing that piece of my life, and I'm glad it's back.

I love coffee. I'm actually a very fortunate theatre artist, I constantly work within the industry...I love theatre(duh), history, english, traveling, designing, religion, philosophical conversations that go long into the night, midnight showings of movies, Harry Potter, wine, cooking, and interior design. I love singing showtunes in the shower, especially when they are way out of my range, New York City, gel, multi-tools, SWAG, gel swatch books, design templates, and mag-lites. Marines are wonderful. Next time you see anyone in the military, do your best to thank them, even if they are fighting in a war you don't agree with. I support my friends, and I also completely adore them, marines or not. The cast of Friends rocks my socks, Opie's snowballs are where it's at, and spaghetti will make me yours forever, but only if it's good...Ravens, O's, Crabs, and Natty Boh's, I'm from Maryland through and through. Raised to bleed Terp red, and loathe "Colt" blue.

I hate misanthropes, even though I am invariably becoming one. I dislike the Cowboys, Redskins, Colts, Steelers, Yankees, and Duke. I hate math and preppy people. If you are near me, don't chew with your mouth open, use good grammar, and don't invade my personal space.
